Abstract
This chapter covers the Palestinian-Israeli conflict since the late 19th century. It presents both the Palestinian and the Israeli claims and addresses territorial, ethnic and religious dimensions of the conflict, as well as the main involved actors. Finally, the chapter presents potential paths that could be followed by the conflict.
