Abstract

In recent years, the application of BIM technology in engineering construction has become more and more common. In the stages of project bidding, project planning, project implementation, and completion acceptance, BIM technology can be used for visualization, coordination, simulation, optimization, and drawing. According to the characteristics of nature, the construction site layout, engineering quantity calculation, collision analysis, in-depth design and image display, etc., provide powerful technical means for the optimization of each stage of the project [1]. With the help of BIM technology, the model is used to analyze the problems encountered in the construction process in advance, effectively avoid design and scheme defects, improve the rationality of the construction process, thereby reducing the waste of man, machine and material, improving the work efficiency to a certain extent, and creating a better environment for enterprises. good economic and social benefits [2].
