ENSINO E TECNOLOGIA: UMA PROPOSTA DE EXPLORAÇÃO DO DUOLINGO, VIA PLANO DE TRABALHO DOCENTE, PARA O ENSINO DE LÍNGUAS

Abstract

Este artigo integra a linha de pesquisa “Ensino, Linguagens e suas Tecnologias” e tem como objetivo apresentar uma proposta de exploração do Duolingo enquanto uma ferramenta para o ensino de línguas. Para tanto, os passos da pesquisa seguem a proposta das Diretrizes Curriculares do Estado do Paraná (PARANÁ, 2010), com ações interligadas, levadas a campo via Plano de Trabalho Docente (GASPARIN, 2007). A metodologia de pesquisa é qualitativa, tendo como critérios para participar da pesquisa ter utilizado o Duolingo para o ensino de línguas em diferentes idiomas. Os dados indicaram a proficuidade do aplicativo, sobretudo devido aos recursos motivacionais existentes, o que resultou em ampliação do vocabulário dos sujeitos. Contudo, em relação à oralidade, ainda há lacunas a serem preenchidas.Palavras-chave: Ensino. Gamificação. Duolingo. Plano de Trabalho Docente.ABSTRACT This article integrates the research line “Teaching, Languages and their Technologies” and aims to present a proposal to explore Duolingo as a tool for teaching languages. To do so, the research steps follow the proposal of the Paraná State Curricular Guidelines (PARANÁ, 2010), with interlinked actions, taken to the field via the Teaching Work Plan (GASPARIN, 2007). The methodology of research is qualitative, having as criteria to participate in the research have used Duolingo for teaching languages in different languages. The data indicated the applicability of the application, mainly due to the existent motivational resources, which resulted in an amplification of the subjects’ vocabulary.
