The survey showed that the re-bars did not corrode in-spite of carbonation of concrete and timbers were under good condition. Also, the joint between RC wall and timber beam was clarified with X ray image analysis. Throughout of the researches, author proposed a perspective of effectiveness of minor/nondestructive test methods to assess the condition of historical buildings.
