Abstract

Allergic inflammation is a key contributor to several common diseases, including allergic asthma, allergic rhinosinusitis, atopic dermatitis and eosinophilic esophagitis, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, bullous pemphigoid and various types of cancer, which characterized by coordination between the innate and adaptive immune systems to promote type 2 (T2) inflammatory responses.
