Abstract

In this article, the authors call attention to some relevant topics such: - The appearance and the development of the illness and its immediate treatment, is extremely important, so that the patient may recover promptly. - The benefit is better for the patient who looks for treatment in the first 15 days. The sooner the treatment starts, the better the results will be. - The disease can be completely reversible when precisely diagnosed and treated. - The cold therapy, the well done articular infiltration and the rest, may be the only possible therapeutic alternatives in the initial phase. - The physical therapy is essential in the chronic phase to re-establish the movements, to pain disappearance and for the muscular potency recovery. - The shoulder surgery will be indicated only in rare and well defined cases.
