Upaya Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep Diri Positif Melalui Pemberdayaan Berbasis Asset Based Community Development Bagi Santri di Pondok Pesantren Darul Ma'arif Bogor

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pemberdayaan berbasis Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep diri positif di Pondok Pesantren Daarul Ma'arif Bogor. Melalui seminar dan kegiatan pemberdayaan, santri diberikan kesempatan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan kekuatan pribadi mereka dalam konteks keagamaan dan sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ABCD berhasil memperbaiki kepercayaan diri dan konsep diri positif santri, menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih mendukung pertumbuhan pribadi. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan pentingnya pemberdayaan berbasis aset dalam mendukung perkembangan konsep diri santri di lembaga pendidikan keagamaan. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) empowerment in enhancing positive self-concept understanding at Pondok Pesantren Daarul Ma'arif Bogor. Through seminars and empowerment activities, students are given the opportunity to identify and develop their personal strengths within a religious and social context. The findings indicate that the ABCD approach successfully improved students' self-confidence and positive self-concept, creating a more supportive environment for personal growth. This research highlights the importance of asset-based empowerment in supporting the self-concept development of students in religious educational institutions.
