Abstract

The study aimed to describe the overview of the construction of mathematical concepts through the creation of a learning manipulative integrated technology. The research method used descriptive using qualitative data in the form of a description of learning media math manipulative that reached the principles of construction math.As for the procedure this research was conducted through the approach of project-based learning in the form of making manipulative-integrated technology so that the qualitative data obtained in the form of the description of the results in each stage of the completion of the project. The results of this study shows as many as 87% of the manipulative media has fulfilled the aspects of the construction of mathematical concepts among them to find the formula, set an example and not an example as well as identify the elements forming the concept of mathematics. Manipulative Media that integrated technology in the form of the use of the gadget to support practice and meet the principles of construction of mathematical concept in the form of the absence of student interaction and independence in compiling the knowledge of mathematics
