Six Grapevine physicians find themselves embroiled in a lawsuit with Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott for selling patients birth control devices the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has not approved for distribution in this country. The clinic, along with other medical practices in several states, is under fire for using a Canadian Mirena intrauterine device.
