UJI PERTUMBUHAN JAMUR Beauveria bassiana PADA BEBERAPA MEDIA PERTUMBUHAN

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of influencing the growth of Beauveria bassiana fungus on several growth media. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Pests and Diseases, Faculty of Agriculture, Indonesian Muslim University and the Faculty of Agriculture, Hassanudin University. Taking place in August 2020. The ingredients used are rice, corn, soybeans, yeast and coconut dregs. The method used was a completely randomized design. The results showed that the best medium for the number of colonies was soybean media + coconut pulp yielded 2.11 x 10⁸ spores / g, rice media + coconut dregs produced spore density 6.44 x 10⁹ and spore viability 76.125%.
