Antibiotics at the time of removal of central venous catheter to reduce morbidity and mortality in newborn infants

Abstract

This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: To determine the efficacy and safety of giving antibiotics at the time of removal of central venous catheter (CVC) for reduction of morbidity and mortality in newborn infants, in particular the effect on late-onset sepsis.
