ANALISIS MANAJEMEN PRODUKSI DAN KELAYAKAN FINANSIAL USAHA AGROINDUSTRI SIRUP MARKISA (Studi Kasus pada Usaha Agroindustri Sirup Markisa ANA di Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan X Komp Wesabbe Blok B/22 Makassar)

Abstract

This research is a case study on the ANA Passion syrup business, in Makassar City. The purpose of the research is to analyze the application of production management functions, analyze the level of financial feasibility and investment feasibility. The time of the study lasts for 2 (two) months, namely August to November 2018. The study population was the owner and all employees working in the ANA passion fruit syrup industry. Sampling uses the census method. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. The results of the study show that the ANA passion fruit syrup company implements production management functions namely, organizing functions, planning functions, control functions, and processing functions. The production process is carried out in accordance with a predetermined plan.Financially the ANA passion fruit syrup industry is profitable, with a total income of Rp. 23,768,117 with an R / C ratio of 1.83 and investment in ANA passion fruit syrup in terms of NPV value of Rp. 27,471,027, the value of Net B / C ratio is 1.66> 1 (feasible), and the IRR value of 32,053% is greater than the interest rate of 12% and the Pay Back Period shows the return on investment capital in the first year. 4 then the ANA passion fruit syrup industry is financially feasible to develop.
