Abstract
In this paper we analyze the results of a research project focused on understanding the impact on institutional and organizational development and proposals for improvement of two schools in Andalusia following the results of the students' evaluation. These two case studies have been carried out in rural and suburban center environment of the provinces of Seville and Cadiz. The methodology is based on a qualitative research approach through interviews with members of the educational community, management teams, tutors, department heads and technical teaching coordination teams. The results show that teachers relatively appreciate the information obtained through these tests, even they do reflect on the teaching and learning carried out and the need to agree on the results of these tests among teachers and the change in educational and organizational strategies.
