Abstract

the relation between an organization climate with the employee’s working satisfaction in PT. Jembayan Muara Bara, Separi Village, Tenggarong Seberang, Kutai Kartanegara. Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. Advisor I: Prof. Dr. NurFitriyah, M.Si, and Advisor I: Hairani Lubis, S.Psi, M.Psi. This research has aim to find out the relation between an organization climate with the employee’s working satisfaction in PT. Jembayan Muara Bara, Separi Village, Tenggarong Seberang, Kutai Kartanegara. The researcher used one acquitted variable, and one bond variable which are organization has a role as climate has a role as the acquitted variable and working satisfaction as the bond variable. This research used 100 employees as the sample. Data collecting technique has done with utilized questionnaire related by organization climate and working satisfaction. Data analysis technique in this research used person correlation product moment technique with any helps of SPSS 20.0 version for windows. The result of this research shows that, there is a significant relationship between organization climate and working satisfaction with score P = 0.000, then score r = 0,518 which mean the organization climate has average relationship to working satisfaction.
