Abstract
Background: Acute cholecystitis with difficult laparoscopic surgery has impact on operating time and training of juniors. The clinical diagnosis of complicated acute cholecystitis (CAC) remains difficult with several pathological or ultra-sonography criteria used to differentiate it from uncomplicated acute cholecystitis (UAC).
