Abstract

The pedagogical training of the teacher must start from the competences that the teacher must develop in order to apply ICT in an educational way throughout his or her teaching life. This study, which is part of the European Project Lovedistance - Learning Optmization and Academic Inclusion Via Equitative Distance Teaching and Learning 609949-EPP-1-2019-1-PTEPPKA2-CBHE-JP, aims to measure the levels and dimensions of the competences determined by UNESCO (2016) regarding the teaching action against the use of ICT in educational scenarios. It highlights the possibilities of carrying out ICT-based planning; the design or capacity to organize and build learning scenarios with ICT; and the evaluation or possibility of measuring the effectiveness of ICT for lifelong education, in the educational spaces that are developed as teachers (Coll, 2008). The present study is based on the survey design and uses the questionnaire as an instrument, applying a methodological complementarity with results that indicate through a descriptive analysis that teacher training, teacher coordination and cooperation, and the deepening of the use of technologies, are factors of great importance and favor the use of ICT in the educational community.
