Abstract

Many schools with the same educational foundations have internal libraries with library members consisting of all students whose schools belong to the foundation. This makes it possible to borrow libraries across schools, share library catalogs and integrated library systems. To deal with these problems, an alternative solution is needed that can create a cross-school library information system design that is equipped with Resource Sharing functions. The interface design is done using the User Centered Design (UCD) method, focusing on the user's main needs. Cross School Library Information System Interface Design is designed with several features including Online Union Catalog, Maintenance of Library Member Master Data, Recording of Loan Transactions and Cross Delivery Collection, User Access Rights Settings for Information Systems, and Collection Recommendations based on User Behavior.
