Gobernar a través del delito o gobernar el crimen: la política en la cuestión criminal

Abstract

This work addresses the problem of governing a State. To do this, it analyzes the origin of state power and the concept of sovereignty; makes a critique of the social order, taking up some contemporary ideas of political science; analyzes and criticizes the "government through crime". Proposes, finally, the "government of crime" as an effective way to solve the existing inequality gap in our population, adopting and implementing social policies based on a previous analysis of our reality.
