Abstract

As is currently observed, health services have an enormous ethical and professional responsibility for which the medical, care and administrative personnel should provide an efficient service and with human warmth,it is for that reason that the present work of inquiry was elaborated in order to know the level of relationship of the quality of service with the satisfaction of the user. Therefore, the research aimed to identify the most relevant relationship between quality of service and user satisfaction at Hospital 1 Clinical University –Chejoña, ESSALUD Network in the city of Puno. The type of research that was carried out was descriptive –correlational, therefore, descriptive statistics were used, with a quantitative approach, and census type sample. It is correlational because the statistical tests of relation to study variables of quality of services and user satisfaction were carried out, for this research the instruments of surveys and interviews were used. The results were favorable, the relationship of quality of service and user satisfaction go hand in hand for better treatment of the patient.
