ANALISIS KETERLAMBATAN SISTEM MANAJEMEN PEMBAYARAN TERMIN DARI PEMILIK PROYEK KEPADA KONTRAKTOR

Abstract

In general, every construction project has a plan and schedule implementation on time with the support of optimal resources.  To meet these objectives, one of the targets that must be met is the cost (budget) allocated and agreed upon by the project owner and the contractor to prevent late payment of the term.  The purpose of this research is to analyze the causal factors and priority factors of the occurrence of late payment of terms by the project owner to the contractor.  Type This study uses quantitative methods.  Processing of this data using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version of the computer program 17.00.  data analysis techniques, analysis techniques factor.  The results of this study explain the results of factor analysis for the variables in the study.  There are six factors that emerged from the analysis factors, namely Factor 1: Management Ability, Factor 2: Support Against Contractor, Factor 3: Understand Project Needs, Factor 4: Finance, Factor 5: Decision Making, and Factor 6 namely attitude.  Strategies and policies that can be done to overcome the problem of late payment of this term, then it is necessary to increase management capabilities in managing the project.
