Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Komoditas Gambir

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of the usage of production factor in the form of land area, labor, gambier price, fertilizer, plant age, farmer experience and the usage of pesticides on the amount of gambier production. The research was conducted in May-June 2019 in the Kapur IX Sub-district, Lima Puluh Kota District, West Sumatera Province. The data used is primary data with a total sample of 99 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative analysis method. The quantitative analysis in this study used multiple linear regression with the production function of the Cobb-Douglas model. The results showed that variable land area, labor, fertilizer and pesticide usage could increase the amount of gambier production positively and significantly. While gambier price, plant age, farmer experience have a positively and not significantly influence of gembier produce.
