Liposarcoma of the spermatic cord

Abstract

Malignant paratesticular tumours are very rare, however it is really difficult to distinguish from the other lesions in the area of the groin. Liposarcoma is diagnosed by histopatological examination. We present a case of the 76 years old man with the diagnosis liposarcoma of the spermatic cord.
