Overview of 5G and Satellite Hybrid Network Development

Abstract

With the continuous development of the fifth generation of mobile communication (5G), the integration of satellite communication network and 5G network has gradually attracted extensive attention in the industry. Satellite communication network are analyzed in this paper and the fusion of 5G network relations, according to the typical 5G with satellite network architecture, from the transmission technology, edge beam coverage, frequency spectrum resource, computing and block chain technology aspects analyzes the way of satellite communications and 5G network integration, combed the satellite network and the challenge for the 5G fusion, and converged network development direction is prospected.
