Abstract

This study evaluates Banyuwangi Regency’s robusta coffee supply chain sustainability using the RAP-Robusta Coffee method across economic, social, and environmental dimensions. The economic dimension scores 55.27 with 15.42% stress and 94.25% determination, emphasizing raw material fulfillment, stock reliability, delivery responsiveness, and product quality. Social sustainability scores 69.58 with 14.51% stress and 94.78% determination, highlighting food security, youth enthusiasm, employment, health, job security, and family worker participation. The environmental dimension excels with a score of 95.18, 13.93% stress, and 94.67% determination, focusing on drying and lighting, chemical usage, water sources, and waste management. Overall, the multidimensional analysis yielded a sustainability score of 71.23 with 13.07% stress and 95.58% determination, emphasizing the importance of a balanced and interconnected approach for robusta coffee supply chain management in Banyuwangi Regency. This approach aligns with corporate social responsibility, international standards, and strategic opportunities in supply chain management.
