Abstract
The article analyses the factors, influencing the young specialisttraining for the Internet business creation, discusses the main Internetbusiness creation fostering techniques and highlights the problems facedby young people. A comparative analysis was carried out to identify theassessment variables of male and female respondents regardingpersonality traits and skills peculiar to business people, and todetermine the assessment variables of the Internet entrepreneurshipelements considering the responses of persons planning to create theInternet business and those who are not planning to create it.Considering the assessment indicators of the research participants, itwas found out that the Internet entrepreneurship in higher schoollearners could be fostered by carrying out practices in businessenterprises, cooperating with experienced entrepreneurs, participatingin seminars and practicals of highly qualified teachers. The researchresults show that activeness, communicability, diligence,responsibility, initiative, creativity, perseverance and a high level ofmotivation, as well as the ability to create and develop business andtake appropriate solutions are the traits assessed by the highestindicators and considered as key traits of a business person. Theresearch revealed that training courses, seminars, businesscompetitions, financial/monetary support, youth motivation, sharingsuccess stories, experiences of professional entrepreneurs anddissemination of the Internet entrepreneurship information are majortechniques fostering young people to create the Internet businesses;whereas the main problems faced by young persons willing to create theInternet business are these: the lack of motivation and self-confidence,the fear of risk, passivity, the lack of courage, ideas and skills, poorstate funding, the lack of initial capital and funds and a shortage ofcounsellors.
