Abstract
1) Rhabdomyosarcoma is a neoplasm of skeletal muscle origin with major histologic subtypes embryonal and alveolar. 2) Rhabdomyosarcoma can arise in diffuse locations throughout the body including head and neck, genitourinary, trunk, extremities, and retroperitoneum. 3) Multimodality treatment approach with surgical resection, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy is necessary to achieve cure.
