Abstract

In this research a new technique is introduced that conduct forecasting in real-time for future value of the load demand in a very short time(seconds - days) to achieve the aim of building an automated system to coordinate the work of electrical networks by means of real-time forecasting of electric loads and thus real-time control for the generation of the electrical loads and looses, thus maintain the stability of the networks electricity. This method relies on the use of the present value of load and a self-correcting factor, the method can be used to control high-speed real-time systems, and the work of the various power stations. © 2009, INSInet Publication.
