Abstract

The Pre-Service Teacher Internship Assessment, following the principles of Work-Based Education at the School of Creative Educational Management of Panyapiwat Institute of Management, adopts a program focusing on experiential learning in real-world settings. Aligned with the standards regulated by the Thai Teacher Council, the curriculum incorporates alternating three-month periods of school placement and learning. This four- to five-year program involves detailed assessments, where traditional paper-based methods proved insufficient. This study explores the workflow at each stage, leading to the design of a software process and architecture diagram. The system extends into a web-based assessment platform, piloted with 180 datasets using Black Box Testing, which revealed errors in data input, processing, and output. Subsequent adjustments, tested on a simulated server, resolved these issues. Then the system was used and evaluated by a sample group of thirty individuals, including system administrators, approvers, internal evaluators, and external evaluators who actively tested the system. The results show the highest perception of effectiveness in the “Perceived Benefits.” Following in the order of effectiveness is the “User Manuals.” The third-ranked effectiveness from the evaluation results is “System Performance.” The least effective aspect based on the evaluation results is “User-Friendliness.”
