Abstract

In this opinion column, the Minister of Energy invites us to face a crucial problem for a country like Chile without power at reasonable prices, that much criticized social inequality will eventually expand. Yet the Minister invites us to change the focus, and thus "transforming energy equalizer equality" with a more active state in solving this crucial problem.
