Abstract

The research we present concerns the contemporary discussion of Brazilian administrative law that refers to the control of public administration, observing the production of the TCU plenary in 2018. The work structure appropriates the regulation to establish its theoretical axis and has the SUS as cut of the object delimited in relation to the control organ. The hypothetical-deductive method is the root of the analytical process that preserves conclusions of a qualitative incursion in the observation of the judgments related to the performance of private institutions contracted by the Public Power for the management of health units, which are in charge of the conduction of its infrastructure and / or the provision of the health service.
