The research aims to develop learning media based on the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and handouts to improve the efficiency of applying the Direct Instruction method in learning Mathematics in high school. The research employed the development research method which began with a needs analysis of mathematics teachers in high schools to determine the subject matter, material scope, depth of material, the most familiar software used by teachers, and the availability of cameras. The design of the development was the modified design of Borg & Gall consisting of 5 steps, namely: (1) exploration studies, (2) initial product development, (3) expert validation and product revision, (4) limited field trials and product revisions, and (5) main field and final product trials. The validation was done by high school math teachers. There were 3 topics which served as the media (functions, polynomials, and inequality with Squares). The research results in learning media entitled Interactive Media Learning which is matching with handouts for the subjects of functions, polynomials, and inequality with squares. The media have been through product validation and field trials; the test results state that the media are very suitable to use.
