The aim of this paper is to offer a classification of the regulation of occupational welfare in Spain that allows us to identify if there is a well-coordinated system in the regulatory level and in the social responsibility of the companies. The research is carried out evaluating the social benefits in Community regulations, national regulations and different laws, management guides and recommendations for the elaboration of corporate sustainability reports. In this way, four different types of services and programmes related to occupational welfare have been established: improvement of labour conditions and social protection; work-life balance; health and occupational safety; human development and training. From the analysis of the relevant data we can conclude that there is not such a system or coordination but the convergence of different laws, norms and recommendations that can be grouped in four fields of influence.
