X-RAY DIFFRACTION ANALYSIS.

Abstract

Applications of X-ray diffraction to the analysis of raw materials and products are discussed. Quantitative analyses of coal mineral matter and refractories are described, together with crystallite size determinations of cokes. A brief description of some applications of high-temperature X-ray diffraction is included.
