Abstract

A pleomorphic adenoma (PA) often occurs to the major salivary glands, but rare in the nasal septum. A 56-year-old man noted to have a left nasal cavity tumor. He was referred to our hospital for operation. Preoperative histopathological examination suggested of PA. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated a tumor located in the left nasal septum. The tumor was completely resected by endoscopic sinus surgery under general anesthesia. The final histopathological diagnosis was PA. There has been no remarkable recurrent signs postoperatively.
