In addition, as the scale of engineering and construction continues to expand, engineering projects are vulnerable to the interference of many different factors. The project management is throughout the whole life cycle of the project. If the traditional project management method is followed, the problems of the construction schedule, construction quality, construction safety, construction cost control, etc., are very properly solved. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt new technology to fundamentally strengthen the construction quality and improve the construction efficiency of construction projects.
