The populations of several Psyllidae, including Diaphorina citri Kuwayama, were monitored with fluorescent yellow traps, over 2 yr in 12 different sites of Reunion. The results were consistent with previous scouting obtained by visual inspections, i.e., absence of Trioza erytreae (Del Guercio) and residual spots of D. citri on Murraya paniculata hedges. Weekly catches of D. citri on yellow traps were compared with the number of winged adults obtained by aspirating plant-host canopies with a D-VAC machine.
