Abstract
The article offers suggestions for making businesses more attractable through online strategy. It states that business enterprises should be casual in their interactions with customers on web. It further states that photos of the business should be shared through visual social media such as Instagram, Flickr and Pinterest. It mentions that the uploaded videos of the business should be of two minutes or less and clearly edited.
