Abstract

This research seeks to examine the impact of Corporate Governance and Intangible Assets on Company Value through the mediating role of Financial Performance, using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The analysis is based on secondary data sourced from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.com) and company annual reports. The Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) of Company Value (Y2) reveals that most indicators fall into Quadrant I, signifying high importance but low performance. Empirical results show that Intangible Assets (X2) significantly influence Financial Performance (Y1). Moreover, both Corporate Governance (X1) and Financial Performance (Y1) exert a substantial direct influence on Company Value (Y2). Furthermore, hypothesis testing confirms that Financial Performance (Y1) acts as a significant mediator in the relationship between Corporate Governance (X1) and Intangible Assets (X2) with Company Value (Y2). These findings highlight the strategic role of financial performance in translating internal resources and governance quality into enhanced firm valuation.
