Abstract

Indonesia currently requires human resources in sufficient quantity and quality as the main support for development. And to fulfill this, education has a very important role. This research uses the literature review method, the literature review method is a research approach that focuses on reviewing and analyzing literature related to a topic or problem. The aim is to understand the development of existing knowledge, identify research gaps, and formulate a theoretical basis to support the research being carried out Education is a very important need for humans. Thus, humans can achieve progress in various fields which can ultimately place a person in a better degree. It should be recognized that not all humans can grow and develop according to what they expect and want.
