Abstract
IN this paper various accelerated test plans are presented to assess the product reliability. The studied test plans are based on standard accelerated life model in assuming the parametric and nonparametric estimations. The paper is illustrated by an applying on clip paper subjected to low fatigue. © AFM, EDP Sciences 2005.
