Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Firm Size on Return On Equity at PT. Adhi Karya for the 2015-2021 period. Data were obtained from financial reports that have been published by PT. Adhi Karya for the 2015-2021 time period. The research used is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The results of the study show that Current Ratio (CR) has no partial effect on Return on equity, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a partial effect on Return on equity, Firm Size has a significant effect on Return on equity. Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Firm Size simultaneously affect Return on equity. The results of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) show that the variables CR, DER, Firm Size have an effect of 64% and the remaining 36% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.
