Parque cultural valparaísol: Cerro cárcel

Abstract

The buildings and the site of the former jail of Valparaiso are proposed, by means of a public competition, to be remodeled and converted into a cultural park, with programs such as auditoriums, documentation center, commercial units and public spaces; leaving the old Casa de la Pólvora (House of Gunpowder) as a testimony to the past.
