Abstract

Three cases of chromatin-positive Klinefelter syndrome in association with carcinoma of the male breast are described. Chromosome studies are reported in these patients. The approximate incidence of breast carcinoma in the Klinefelter syndrome is calculated, and is shown to be of the same order as the incidence in women. Possible aetiological factors are discussed. © 1965, British Medical Journal Publishing Group. All rights reserved.
