Abstract
Tumor-inhibiting ruthenium complexes are presented as potential anti-cancer drugs. Their galenic formulations are given and hydrolytic reactions are highlighted. Interactions of Ru(III) complexes with serum protein and with oligo- and polynucleotides are discussed.
