Abstract

La investigaci�n que se presenta en estas l�neas se propone analizar las maneras como se constituyen sujetos maestros en el dispositivo escolar, concebido �ste desde una l�gica tensional, contextual y conflictiva. El an�lisis est� centrado en los maestros de dos instituciones p�blicas de Bogot� y parte de los aportes te�ricos y metodol�gicos de Michel Foucault alrededor de la constituci�n de la subjetividad y el an�lisis de las tensiones constitutivas la escuela moderna, expuestas por Oscar Saldarriaga y el grupo de historia de la pr�ctica pedag�gica. Estas tensiones se convirtieron en una ?rejilla de an�lisis? para aproximarse a la escuela y sus complejidades, por tanto, m�s que dar respuestas acabadas sobre la escuela y los sujetos, se plantean cuestionamientos sobre las formas de constituci�n de sujetos maestros, posibilitando entre otras cosas una mirada reflexiva sobre sus pr�cticas, abriendo espacios creativos para entenderlas de otro modo. / Abstract: The following research project analyzes the ways in which the subjectivities of teachers are constituted in a school setting, an environment which is conceived in terms of tensions, conflicts and context. The analysis focuses on teachers of two public institutions of Bogota. It is based on select theoretical and methodological contributions of Michel Foucault about the constitution of subjectivity. It also incorporates the analysis of the constitutive tensions of the modern school, put forth by Oscar Saldarriaga and the historical group of Pedagogical Practice. These tensions are used as a "grid analysis" to approach the school and its complexities; thus, rather than give concrete answers about the school and subjects, these tensions offer points of departure to reflect on how subjectivities are produced. They also allow us to approach the question of how teachers? subjectivities are constituted and enable a thoughtful perspective about their practices, opening creative spaces to understand these subjectivities in a new way.
