Abstract

Abstract:This study aims at analyzing academic dissemination and achievement motivation in school-age children in rural families. The subject of this study is a complete family who has children in an elementary school chosen randomly through proportional method amounting to 100. The results showed that parents and teachers are still low in instilling the value of education. Another thing from the study showed a significant positive correlation between the academic dissemination of parents and teachers with the dimensions of intrinsic achievement motivation. In addition, the results found that the academic socialization of parents influences the intrinsic achievement motivation. Keywords: achievement motivation, academic socialization of teachers, parentsAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sosialisasi akademik dan motivasi berprestasi anak usia sekolah pada keluarga di pedesaan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah keluarga lengkap yang memiliki anak yang bersekolah di SD terpilih yang dipilih melalui metode acak proporsional yang berjumlah 100. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan orang tua dan guru masih rendah dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan. Hal lain dari penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif signifikan antara sosialisasi akademik orang tua dan guru dengan dimensi motivasi berprestasi intrinsik. Selain itu, hasil menemukan bahwa sosialisasi akademik orang tua berpengaruh terhadap motivasi berprestasi intrinsik.Kata kunci: motivasi berprestasi, eksternal, internal, sosialisasi akademik guru, orang tua
