Abstract
This article aims to address the legality that exists on the dictates administrative acts in government contracting process through popular action. Explores the legal alternatives to the violation of collective rights from contractual processes of the State considering that there is not the product of an order resulting from a class action void, since it would be attributing own control means referred roles in jurisdiction of administrative litigation. Be analyzed that administrative actions surrounding the procurement at times can affect collective rights, which could be activated by the constitutional action to protect those interests comment.
