Abstract

This article is the result of the authors' research and collaboration aimed at knowing and understanding more deeply theimplementation of prayer for human mental health where our daily lives carry out activities, by doing these activities wewant smoothness and goodness in our lives. Especially for health mental, physical and mental, with that we researched itusing qualitative research and data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The data was collected bymeans of joint discussion in order to get maximum results. who think that implementing prayer for mental health can berecognized, every journey of human life must always face problems that make our thoughts and feelings become chaotic, sothat our health is disturbed and what we do apart from work is by praying to surrender to to the almighty in order to be ableto face these problems and be strengthened in any case even prayer can affect physical and mental health, with prayer in lifewe get peace in body and soul, feeling that our god Allah SWT is always on the side who always accompanies in humandistress, with That way we don't have to worry about the problems we are facing, and make our souls and minds healthy.
