Theory and method of project post-evaluation

Abstract

Project post-evaluation is the service extension after the completion of the project and an important part to be considered in the whole life of the project. This paper briefly introduces the theory, method and content of the post-evaluation of engineering projects in order to provide reference for the post-evaluation of engineering projects.
