Abstract

Primary vaginal cancer without involvement of the vulva or cervix is a rarity, accounting for only 1-2% of gynecological malignancies (1). Between 80% and 90% of vaginal tumors are secondary lesions, most frequently from the cervix, endometrium, and vulva, or, less commonly, from the rectum, colon, and ovary.
